COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Operation Smile
Business Consulting Solutions began volunteering with the Operation Smile organization in the summer of 2010. BCS has partnered up with Operation Smile with the goal of changing the lives of as many children as possible. Smiles are contagious and we believe everyone should have one. The company has a goal of raising over $3000. Members of the company have particated in several events for the cause from bowl-a-thons, to charity basketball tournaments, dodgeball, poker nights and more. BCS has participated in Relay for Life and donated money to the American Cancer Society. The company plans to continue participating in the events in the coming years.
2008 North Point Ministries Donation
The most recent donation BCS provided to this organization was in 2008. The mission trip was to Estonia to help re-establish a church that had severe damage. The week long trip served many in a country far from Atlanta and the president of BCS felt it was a great way to give to his back locally to impact internationally.
4H Club 2007 Charitable Legacy Ball
BCS is proud to say they have given back to the community in many ways but funds raised from the ball were placed in to an endowment fund to support 4-Hers project work. This organization supports and develops future leadership in youth in Georgia.
2006, 2007 Mitochondrial Disease Foundation Donation
BCS donated to the UMDF Run Wild for a Cure race that took place May of 2007. This donation is very personal to the president of the company, he donated a sum of money to help progress research and development for the foundation. This is the second year in a row proudly the company has given to the foundation.
